How do I place an order, or get information on wholesale ordering and terms? |

All prices on this website are wholesale prices, and all of your questions should be answered on this page or on our Ordering Info page. We don't require that you fill out any application or provide any information up front, as some wholesale companies do. To place an order you just need to go through our Online Catalog and, after choosing your products, provide the information that our secure shopping cart asks for!
For the fastest processing, place your order online through our secure shopping cart and server. Orders can also be called or faxed in to us, but those methods may cause your order to be delayed.

We at QuickSilver Dragon sell a full line of New Age, Pagan and metaphysical goods. Our products can be enjoyed by anyone-in fact our most popular products are our art products. We license fantasy themed artwork from amazing artists from all over the world, and make products using that artwork. We also offer printing services (fliers, catalogs, etc.), promotional printing services (mousepads, mugs and other things with your company logo), web-hosting services and drop-shipping services. This is a wholesale only website, so you can only purchase products here if you are a store or valid business. We reccomend that you ask local stores in your area if they are interested in carrying our products, or visit our retail website at http://www.mysticintentions.com.

Do you have any special requirements for ordering? |

Our only requirements are that you provide a resale/tax id proving you're a valid business, and that you meet our $50 minimum order amount. Orders under $50 are charged a $10 service charge.

I see lots of pictures of artwork on your site, but not as many of actual products. What's the deal with that?? |

If you've looked through our site then you see that we offer a wide variety of artwork and products. At this time, in fact, we offer over 400 pieces of artwork. It's difficult to make and photograph that many pieces of art on all of the products we make! We are working on alternatives, but for now all we can show is the actual artwork that will appear on products.

I placed my order a week ago and it hasn't shipped yet! What's the delay? |

It can sometimes take up to two weeks for an order placed with us to ship. This is because many of our most popular products are handcrafted, and it can take time to create them. If you need your order by a certain time or want to check on it's status please feel free to contact us. We try our best to accomodate special requests where time is concerned!

Images on your site are small and low quality, and some have copyright notices. These won't appear on my final products, will they? |

First of all, final products are much higher quality than the images that appear on the website! The quality of pictures used on the website has been decreased on purpose, to help in loading time for the website. Copyright notices are added only for the purposes of the website, and also will not appear on final products. Artists signatures and other marking may appear on the final product if they appear on the image on the website.

Did you say your products are handmade? What about the quality? |

All of our products are inspected for quality after they're made, and products that don't pass that inspection are not used. As many of our products are handcrafted there will be some small differences between products, but this is what makes them better and unique!

| I placed an order and the amount you actually charged me for shipping is different from the amount that was listed in the shopping cart when I placed my order. Why? |

The prices listed for shipping in our shopping cart are only an estimate. Because we offer such a variety of products it's hard to set up a shopping cart that can give an exact amount. We try to overestimate, and in most cases the amount you are actually charged for shipping is lower than the shopping cart's estimate, but this is not always the case. International orders especially are almost always more expensive to ship than the price listed in the shopping cart.

Some of our products are shipped out of a different warehouse, not our offices here in Michigan. If you only received part of your order please give it a few extra days to see if the rest of your order arrives, and contact us if it doesn't or you have any questions.

| Does your company name appear on any of your products? |

Yes, our company name does appear on some products! We consider many of our products to be QuickSilver Dragon brand products. Our art products (ceramic tiles, t-shirts, etc.) are made here in our offices, for example. Our runes are handmade in our offices, and much of our incense is finished by hand here in our offices. Many of those products will have our company name on them, taking the form of labels on the outside of packages or tags packaged with the product.

| What happens when you discontinue a product? |
| |
Though we make every effort to keep all of our products available at all times, occasionally we are forced to discontinue a product. In most cases this is NOT because of anything on our end or because of the popularity of the product, but rather because one of our various suppliers located around the world has stopped offering or carrying the product. We try to notify customers ahead of time by adding notes to the product description on the website, and once the product is discontinued (or WILL be discontinued) we add the product to the list on our Discontinued Items page.
