Our minimum wholesale order is $50. All orders under $50 will be charged a $10 processing fee. You also MUST provide a resale number or tax id proving that you are a valid business.

We do not require that you fill out any applications or forms before ordering from us, unless you plan to work with us as a Drop-Shipping customer. Standard wholesale orders can be placed through our website, using our secure server.

Most of our orders ship within two (2) weeks - in fact, well over 75% are expected to ship within one week. Some orders may take longer depending on availability. We try to notify our customers whenever possible if orders are delayed, but we always welcome phone calls or e-mails regarding the status of orders.

Because many of our items are handmade, there may be some variation in each piece; that is, after all, what makes these items special.

All orders must be prepaid unless you have permission from us saying otherwise. We accept payments by check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Paypal, and on-line checks through our secure shopping cart. We do NOT offer COD. Other special terms such may be considered. Please contact us for details.

We accept orders online or by fax, mail, phone or e-mail, but we recommend ordering online through our secure shopping cart. Orders not placed online (including those placed by phone, email, mail or fax) are accepted, but may be delayed.

Shipping within the US is generally UPS Ground. Faster shipping methods through UPS, or other shipping methods such as the US Postal Service or Fedex shipping may be available upon request, and in these cases shipping costs may change. Shipping charges listed in our shopping cart when you place an order are only an estimate. International shipping will be by the most cost effective method, usually through insured air mail or Express Mail. International shipping also takes longer, and shipping costs may differ from the amount indicated in the shopping cart. If this is the case, customers will be contacted before the orders are processed.

Some of our artists and vendors may have additional minimum orders or special ordering terms, and these will be noted wherever necessary.

Returned checks will be charged a $30 fee. Additional fees may apply.

Returns accepted on defective merchandise only. Contact us for a return authorization number and shipping information if necessary.
